The ONLY thing pregnant Moms should avoid is the Healing Herbal Tea blend because it has Red Clover Blossom which contains phytoestrogens, which MAY stimulate uterine contractions, although we haven't found any real proof of this.

We use Red Clover Blossom in our healing blend because it contains beta-carotene, calcium, vitamin C, a whole spectrum of B vitamins and essential trace minerals like magnesium, manganese, zinc, copper, and selenium.  It's used for menopausal symptoms like hot flashes, mood swings, and night sweats and is even a common fertility supporter.

Here's a thoughtful article from The Herbal Academy about its usage during pregnancy.  https://theherbalacademy.com/red-clover-safe-during-pregnancy-and-breastfeeding/

But yes, you can eat ALL the food.  Some Mama's start eating our meals towards the end of pregnancy because they're too tired to cook.  Here's part of a review from one of our customers:

"I actually ate a few of them the final weeks of pregnancy since I was too exhausted to cook. My kids loved them too!"
