The only "dairy" we use is Grass-fed / Pasture-raised butter and Grassfed Ghee (clarified butter).
There's butter in the Creamy Chicken + Rice Congee, both Oatmeal Congee's, Cookies, Brownies, and Pancakes. We use Ghee in the Kitchari.
Butter typically has very low levels of lactose, and ghee has even less, which is why they are tolerated much better than milk and cheese.
People with dairy allergies should be careful.
We are not able to make dairy-free versions of our recipes at this point.
