I've been postpartum twice, so trust me I know, the last thing you can think about eating is organ meat. Blah!
However, organs are the most nutrient dense food on the planet. They contain enormous levels of bioavailable vitamins, minerals and protein that promote healing, so we do our best to include as much organ as possible without sacrificing taste. And we do a dang good job.
